Sharing Your Calendar
If you choose to share your calendar with the District, any event you create on your calendar will appear on the District Calendar. The process for setting up this arrangement can be found at this link.
If You Want Your Event Displayed on THIS Calendar
If you want everyone to be able to see your event on this calendar, simply invite the District to your event! As you are creating your event, you will see a location on the page to insert email addresses of people you want to invite to your event. If you include "firstname.lastname@example.org" in your list of "guests", your event will automatically appear on the District calendar. Obviously, if the event is inappropriate, we will delete it.
